Automated compliance

  1. Arna is a cloud platform that encodes regulation in blueprints. A blueprint lays out a path to compliance by breaking it down into tasks tailored to your organisation.
  2. The tasks are assigned to AI agents who write new or update existing documents as needed. The drafts they generate are sent to you and your colleagues for review.
  3. Once a document is approved, it can be signed using a 3rd-party electronic signature service and sent to your file storage, like Google Drive or Microsoft Sharepoint.
  4. Arna continues to monitor both regulatory changes and your internal records, and alerts you when they fall out of sync, then re-starts the process.

What is a blueprint?

A blueprint is a set of instructions designed by a legal engineer. It tells AI which documents to create or update, how to find context, and which roles should review them.

These are some of the more complex blueprints we are currently working on with our customers:

MiCA

  • Helping financial institutions comply with the EU's Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) regulation

REMIT

  • Helping energy companies comply with the EU's Regulated Market in Financial Instruments (REMIT) regulation

Employment

  • Helping employers comply with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
