Nejc is an accomplished lawyer with 12 years of experience in cross-European M&A and restructuring deals. He founded Nlaw, a multi-national law firm with clients in Europe and the US, and served as a member in the Brussels-based European Union Blockchain Observatory and Forum. Nejc studied law at the University of Ljubljana and the University College London.

Rod has 25 years of experience in software engineering. He has scaled products and engineering teams at several startups, most notably at the Boston-based Celtra as VPE, the London-based Turtl as Head of Software, and most recently the Berlin-based Weflow. Rod studied computer science at the University of Belgrade and the Jožef Stefan Institute.
